Abbeys Orchids does not directly offer any services or provide appointments or bookings for any service. We are not an escort agency. Our site simply provides an advertising source for independent members (advertisers). Abbeys Orchids is not liable for any agreements made between members and we play no role in or have knowledge of how each member's business is ran. All members (advertisers) are of legal age for their respective countries. Abbeys Orchids takes safety and legal compliance seriously and will comply with and cooperate with any authorities for any suspected underage or otherwise illegal activity.

Abbeys Orchids is an honest organization that strives to operate in an open and inviting manner so members can enjoy membership with us in a safe, hassle-free environment. Any user or member who does not comply with the terms and conditions of our site or otherwise behave inappropriately will quickly lose access to Abbeys Orchids. Any credits that may be in that user's profile will be lost. All decisions in this matter are final.

The following terms for Abbeys Orchids website is applicable for all persons who visit our site. Before you proceed to use our site, please read the terms of service below carefully. • 'You', 'your', 'yours' refers to any person, business, organization or any other entity viewing our site.

The terms of service in this section are subject to change at any time, which our site reserves the right to do for any reason. Of course, the one exception is that if you have a membership with us we obviously will not cancel it out of the blue. Age Restrictions and Rules

Password and Membership Security

You hold the responsibility of ensuring the safekeeping of your username and password. Any activity that takes place on our site under your account you will be held liable for. There is no way that we could verify the actual identity of a person who accesses our site using your login information, it's vital that you keep your login information confidential. All use of this site made under your account will be assumed to be you and you are responsible for it.

If for any reason you believe your login information may have been compromised, then you agree to notify us immediately.

Signing Up as a Member

Membership fees for our site may be paid in several currencies, including US Dollars, Euros and UK Sterling.

You may not transfer or assign your membership subscription or profile to another person or entity.

When you sign up to be a member of Abbeys Orchids, you are agreeing to receive emails and sms text messages from us from time to time. These communications may be informational or commercial in nature. This is required, so if you do not wish to receive these communications then please do not sign up on our site.

When creating a profile on our site, you agree to use true and original information in your profile. You are not permitted to copy another user's profile or any part of it directly into your profile to use as your own. If we find that you have copied another member's profile your account will be subject to deletion.

Your profile information must be presented in English. The text you use in your profile, messages, advertising, etc. may not be in any other language besides English.

Your profile summary and nickname may not include reference or insinuation of unprotected intercourse. For example, using BB or bareback is not allowed. If you wish to offer services such as this then the appropriate place to make that known is in your profile's preferences section under "Enjoys".

If you are a resident of particular countries, you may be required to fulfill additional ID and verification requirements in order to use our site. Such countries include, but are not limited to Russia, Ukraine, Romania and Latvia. This is commonly done through one of our business advisors. In rare situations, you may then be required to subscribe to one of our business advisor's support agreements and you will be responsible for the cost of this subscription. Failure to comply with the terms of any such agreement or failure to meet the financial requirements of such an agreement will result in your membership on our site being deleted. Business advisors are not required to provide access for a membership to our site or to provide any type of support unless you are actively subscribed to an agreement with them.

On the same token, if you are a member through subscribing via a business advisor you are not permitted to create a new profile unless the new profile is also compliant with the business advisor and agreement.

Membership Cancellation Policy

Immediately upon registering on Abbeys Orchids your membership services begin. They will continue unless your account is terminated as outlined below.

Charges to debit and credit cards, bank transfers, checks/checques and cash payments are not refundable. To avoid future charges, you should cancel any advertisements or your membership.

Membership Termination

You may cancel your membership at any time be email us at cancellation@abbeysorchids.com. Your cancellation will take effect as soon as we receive your email. Cancellation is subject to the terms below.

Cancellation is not equivalent to a refund. Your paid subscription will continue until the end of the agreed upon subscription period. Upon cancellation, future charges will not be made, but refund for the current period will not be made. Rates are not prorated and there are no partial refunds for time left on current subscription. You will continue to have access to your paid membership benefits until the next cycle.

The term instant access to Abbeys Orchids does not mean a free preview.

Abbeys Orchids reserves the right to cancel any account at any time. In such cases, the applicable account will still enjoy the current subscription period until it expires. The account will not be renewed for a new subscription period.

By Using this Site You Agree:

• You will use our site only for legal purposes and within any laws for your given area.
• You are at least the minimum age as outlined in the Age Restrictions and Rules.
• You are using our site in area where it's legal to access sexually explicit content, adult sites and/or pornographic material.
• You do not find sexual-related graphics, nudity or other adult material to be offensive in any way.
• You will not allow a minor to access or site or any other person who is not legally allowed to do so.
• You have provided, and will provide, 100 percent accurate and truthful information in regards to using our site. This includes the information you provide when registering and all information is up to date. You are required to notify us promptly for any of the following: expiration date change for any credit or debit card used in your account, name changes, your billing address zip or postal code, or a change in your email address. It's vitally important and required to notify us in the case of any apparent or suspected breach of security in your account that includes loss or misuse of your login information or loss of your credit/debit card.

• You will not misrepresent yourself to appear as an employee, agent or other person or entity that operates on behalf of Abbeys Orchids. Your profile, communications, content and advertising should truthfully reflect you or your business operating on our site. Not complying with this will result in the loss of any credits and revenue, as well as your account being closed.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that your communications on this site and advertising falls within the legal guidelines applicable to you. All information, advertising and advice found on our site are the responsibility of the individuals and groups operating here on Abbey's Orchids, so it's your responsibility to avoid misrepresentation, misleading information, etc. Abbeys Orchids will not be held liable for such mistakes.

Acceptable Use of Our Site

By using our site you should know that we reserve the right at any time to view or monitor all activity on the site, including the details in your personal profile. While we are a firm believer that information and ideas are meant to be shared via the internet and we rarely actively monitor every detail and activity on the site, there are times when it is necessary. We strive to maintain a healthy balance between supporting this belief and keeping members, and our site, safe and within legal boundaries.

Therefore, we fully comply and cooperate with legal authorizes, police personnel and other agencies to do so. We have set forth these guidelines to protect you, as well as our site, and by using our site you agree:

• You will not use our site to participate in fraudulent activities. This includes, but is not limited to chain letters, pyramid schemes or MLM and Ponzi schemes.
• You will not use our site in an attempt to access our member's accounts or the security of our site.
• You will not enter information into any forms or areas where input is required that is not truthful and applicable to that input field. When completing forms on our site, you agree to use them for their intended purpose only. Failure to comply with this term can result in the termination of your account, loss of credits or any other action that we deem necessary.

** Notice: If you're a producer or consumer in the UK, please make sure you understand the latest regulations in regards to the Obscene Publications Act (OPA) and Criminal Justice and Immigration Act (CJIA). Under the new changes, possession of extreme pornography is a criminal act. Please refer to their guidelines before continuing use of our site. It is your responsibility to ensure that are acting within the legal guidelines set forth by your area.

By using our site, you acknowledge that we reserve the right to:

• Remove any profile on our site. This may happen if we believe that member is participating in illegal activities, may be putting our site at risk, may be putting other users at risk or are breaking the terms of service as outlined here.
• Send written warnings to members with the right to follow through with further action when needed.
• Terminate or temporarily suspend access to the private members section of our site without any advanced warning.
• Notify authorities and provide them any requested or required information in regards to any activity that is suspected to be illegal.
• Pursue legal action against any user of our site that breaks the terms of service, performs illegal activities on our site or is suspected of illegal activity on our site.
• Any and/or all of these actions will be decided on a case-to-case basis. By using our site, you acknowledge that your information and use of our site may be recorded, monitored and stored without any forewarning when we're required to do so.

Important Terms Regarding the Use of Abbeys Orchids

You may not use our site to push 3rd party interests or to solicit business in any form, regardless of whether it's trying to sell a service or get our users to sign up on your site for free. Any such correspondence that clearly is in violation will be reported and most likely the user in violation will be suspended.

Any attempt to manipulate ratings will get your account deleted.

Credits purchased on our site are not transferrable. Should you require a refund, please contact us to discuss it. These cases will be determined one-by-one.

Credits you earn on our site may be withdrawn via any of the approved methods given that thresholds are me. There is a 30 percent marketing and admin fee, which enable us to continue providing the free services that we offer. These fees also contribute to the overhead costs of running Abbeys Orchids, including but not limited to enabling users to pay b credit card, hosting, admin and marketing. The fee, currently 30 percent, is subject to change without notice.

We offer a wide variety of payment options that include credit card payments, debit cards, checks/cheques and bank wire transfers. However, the availability, uptime and operation of payment processors and providers are beyond our control. Abbeys Orchids is not liable for your ability or inability to withdraw your credits due to their downtime, malfunctions, mistakes or other reasons, so please choose your payment option wisely.

Single individuals may only have one seeking profile and one offering profile. Couples are allowed two each: one as a couple and one as an individual. No groups or agencies allowed. Those users in violation will be dealt with on a case-to-case basis.

You are not permitted to include links in your profile that isn't directly related to your profile. This includes executable dialers. If found in violation, your account is subject to termination.

Content Terms

Uploading, Ownership & Rights of Content

The success of Abbeys Orchids depends on its users and advertisers. It's vital that all images, videos, audios , stories and all other content uploaded is done so legally. Any material you upload must feature you, have been created by you or you must have verifiable proof that you own the rights to distribute it. Should you upload any content that is questionable, you will be required to provide proof that you're legally permitted to distribute it. In the case that you fail to do so, you will lose any credits you may have. If you remove the material before it's proven you had rights to it, you will still lose credits earned up until that point and until rights have been confirmed. Please note that all documents for verification need to be of high enough quality to clearly verify the information and that it's authentic.

Any music used in your movies must be originally created by you or you must have the legal rights to publish and distribute it.

Any material that includes the use of minors or animals is NOT allowed. It may not be present or implied in any material, profile information or communications on this site period.

Any material that refers to, suggests or otherwise includes any part of or reference to rape or incest is NOT allowed. It may not be present or implied in any material, profile information or communications on this site period.

A movie has to first be viewed twice in a single day to begin earning credits. This is not applicable to verified members or for any movie rentals.

There may only be one free movie per library or profile.

There is a minimum charge according to file size. If you set a price of zero for a movie, you may only use it to promote Abbeys Orchids.

You are not permitted to take down content with the intention of re-uploading again in an attempt to gain more exposure.

You acknowledge that Abbeys Orchids reserves the right to offer free previews of movies and private galleries from time to time. Sometimes we will run special promotions to market our site in an attempt to attract new members, which means more potential business for you too. During these special promotions, we sometimes offer free previews. However, affiliate promotions will not offer your content in such a way unless you've chosen to allow your whole profile or parts of your profile to be used in advertising by AbbeysOrchids.com. In that case, we are permitted to use such content in advertising methods online and offline. In either case, your content will always remain solely available within our site. It will never be used or distributed to other sites. If you find that your content is being used on another site, you should contact them to take care of the matter.

Prohibited Advertising

• SIM cards
• Prescription medicine (including enhancement drugs like Viagra)
• Condoms
• Bootlegs
• Any material you don't have legal rights to
• Any material your country or buyer's country deems illegal

It is your responsibility to act within the legal guidelines and restrictions for your area. Abbeys Orchids will not be held responsible and we will immediately remove any content, profile or advertisement that we suspect is acting illegally or outside the terms set forth here.

Use of & Communication in Public Areas of Our Site

You acknowledge that anything uploaded, shared or posted outside of the private member's area may be seen by the public. You agree to not post anything that is meant to be privately shared and that you are solely responsible for what you post, share or upload.

You agree that you will not post, share, pass-on or distribute or participate in any way with the following when using open areas of our site that are not private:

• Obscene, extremely violent or lewd content
• Content that can be deemed libelous, defamatory or illegal in any way
• Content that could be perceived as harassing

You agree that Abbeys Orchids will not be held liable for any claims or other situations that are due to you using our site in any way that breaks the terms and conditions as outlined here.

Although we are in no way required to do so, at times and at our sole discretion, we reserve the right to:

• Monitor all content and messages uploaded or used without giving any notice
• Move, edit or delete any content or messages on our site with no prior notice

We reserve these rights to ensure users and content are following the guidelines in these terms of service, which in turn ensures the safety and legality of activity on our site.

You acknowledge our right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you fail to comply with the guidelines set forth within this agreement.

Limited Liability

While Abbeys Orchids strives to ensure there are no errors on our site by quickly acting on anything that is brought to our attention, there is no way we can guarantee 100 percent uptime or accuracy. At times, the site may not be fully functional or information provided on the site may not be accurate.

In cases of urgent maintenance, system failure or other conditions out of our control, access to Abbeys Orchids may be suspended and content may temporarily not be available.

In addition, Abbeys Orchids cannot guarantee the completeness, reliability or safety of files and content that is found on our site since the majority is uploaded and created by third party users.

Besides the availability and compliance of content, Abbeys Orchids cannot guarantee that all content uploaded and used by members and advertisers will always be correct or entirely appropriate. Your use of this site is entirely at your discretion and at your own risk.

Before purchasing services or goods from an advertiser on our site, you are strongly urged to perform due diligence. You agree that Abbeys Orchids will not be held liable for goods, services, claims, advice advertisements or any other content that may not be as expected.

Of course, any violations, security risks and content safety (virus concerns, etc.) are quickly dealt with when we find them or they are brought to our attention.

In some cases, you may access content from third parties by hyperlinks on our site. We have no control over or liability for the content on those sites. That responsibility falls on the owner of the third party site.

Abbeys Orchids will not be held liable in any way for direct or indirect losses due to you or another user's failure to comply with the entire terms of service found here within.

Abbeys Orchids will only be possibly liable in cases where damage or loss is in direct correlation with our own negligence. In such cases, we may only be held liable up to the amount you have paid in membership fees across a six-month time period leading up to your claim.

The only exception to the limitations of our liability is in cases of personal injury or death directly attributed to our negligence.

Fraudulent Activity Liquidation Damages Policy

Fraudulent activity for this section is defined as:

Reporting that a credit or debit card used on our site has been lost, stolen or used without authorization when you truthfully have no reason to believe it has been. This includes charges for advertising fees, membership fees, purchase of goods or purchase of services.

Reporting unauthorized use of a credit or debit card when you have made charges or authorized/allowed the use of your card for charges on our site.

Both of the above apply to charges already made, as well as expected charges for outstanding balances and ongoing fees.

In the event of fraudulent activity as outlined above, you will be held liable for £25,000.00 in liquidation damages. This does not limit your liability for other aspects of the entire terms of service.

For your protection and ours, you agree to never report such fraudulent activity dishonestly.
